Grief is a powerful emotion that can quickly become all consuming. It can negatively affect each and every aspect of our lives if not nurtured and treated in a healthy way.

As your partner and guide in healing grief, my number #1 priority is to create a safe, supportive space so that we have the opportunity to fully explore the root causes of your grief. As your guide I will build a specialized program of support that will equip you with the tools to not only assist you through your grieving process but also the tools that can be used throughout the rest of your life when you find yourself in disheartening and painful situations.

During our therapeutic sessions we will start by taking a comprehensive explorative journey into the root causes of your grief. We will begin to address your grief head on through both acknowledgment and therapeutic conversation. Your sessions will be custom crafted to fit your individual needs based on what we uncover through our therapeutic discussions. Your sessions will include support that will come in a variety of combinations including introduction to therapeutic release techniques, mindful living practices, healthy coping, sound healing and moving, still and/or guided meditation practices.
