⇢ Yin & Flow Yoga : Stimulating our Pranic Energy

A Yin & Sound Healing Practice ~ 75 min {level 1}

Join me for this 75 min slow paced Yin yoga practice that is aimed at gently stimulating the flow of our vital life force also known as prana throughout the body. During this session we will access the deeper connective tissues by holding traditional yin poses longer than a typical slow flow class. As a result of holding postures for a longer amount of time and tapping into the deeper tissues of the body we will begin to increase circulation and flexibility, while also calming the nervous system. After this gentle practice we will close with a beautiful savasana accompanied by a sound healing meditation using the celestial sounds of crystal singing bowls.

Reggae & Yoga: Connect to your Roots

Roots, Reggae & Restore ~ 60 Min {level 2}

Join me for a 60 min slow flow practice that will serve to energize the mind, body and spirit while enjoying the rhythmic melodies of classic Jamaican roots reggae and dub. In this low impact, slow rhythmic flow you will receive the best of both worlds. You will flow while also taking the time to hold postures for multiple breaths to develop heat and strength in the body. In this flow we will focus on connecting the breath, mind and body with slow smooth transitions and mild stretching between each pose. This class is perfect for beginners who are looking to build some heat but are also looking to move at a slower pace than a traditional vinyasa.

Dancehall & Vinyasa Yoga

{60 Min} level 2 (coming Spring 2023)

Join me for this 60 min vinyasa practice that is focused on building heat in the body through the coordination of continuous breath and movement. This unique vinyasa flow will be accompanied by the high energy beats of Jamaican dancehall.

Private Sessions

1:1 Yoga Session {90 min}

In our 1:1 yoga sessions we will build custom made classes that are aimed to best serve what it is you are seeking to find from your dedicated yoga practice. These sessions will serve to cultivate and nurture both your physical and mental wellness.

Receiving a personal 1:1 guided practice will provide you with a unique experience that you will not find in your typical group yoga class. Having the ability to receive a personally guided and safe practice are especially beneficial to those who are just beginning a yoga practice, those who may have injuries and/or chronic pain and those who are looking to make a more profound teacher- student connection.

In our sessions I will have the ability to completely support you in establishing a strong foundation and a in-depth understanding of both the physical postures as well as the holistic practice of yoga. Most importantly these 1:1 sessions will allow you to move at a pace that is comfortable and in alignment with what your body, mind and spirit needs day to day and from practice to practice.
