Transitioning into a completely plant based lifestyle has been such an exciting, fulfilling and life changing journey for me. Many may find it difficult to convert to a completely plant based diet if one has consumed meat and diary for most of their lives. That is where I come in! As your personal plant based living coach I am so excited to guide you on starting your new transition or to support you in enhancing a further in-depth exploration into your already established plant based lifestyle journey.

After consciously making an effort to improve my eating habits and eventually transitioning to a completely plant- diet I was able to lose over 50 pounds in addition to raising my vibrational frequency.

For me on my personal journey weight loss was not the main motivating factor for this lifestyle change however, I definitely needed to loose a few pounds and I did! After consciously making an effort to consume only plant based foods I inevitably lost over 50 pounds creating an overall sense of feeling lighter, while also having an increase in overall energy. 

With that being said it is important to note that this is not a course about weight loss or fad diets. It’s about making meaningful lifestyle changes to be more mindful about how we are nourishing our bodies!

WHY DID I DECIDE TO TRANSITION INTO A PLANT BASED DIET AND LIFESTYLE?

For me it has always been a struggle to find balance between the busyness of life and making time to mindfully nourish my body with low fat, heart healthy, whole foods. In this era of highly processed, high fat, fast food we seem to have lost the traditions of mindfully nourishing our physical bodies with nutrient rich, home cooked meals.

Working as an RN in the Cardiovascular ICU for 5 years was a major catalyst for me not only wanting to change my diet and lifestyle but to also be a guide for others. Working as an RN I had very up close and personal look at just how much havoc a poor diet could wreak on the body. This first hand experience gave me a profound respect for being more mindful of how I nourish my physical body and after much research, the best way that I saw fit to do that was through a 100% plant based diet.
